Description
Morpheus E is an anaesthesia unit intended for use on adult, paediatric and neonatal patients. This device is born from the union of a consolidated ventilation technology combined with the latest ergonomic standards.
Morpheus E can be used in different clinical environments, easy to use and with advanced technology resulting in improved clinical outcomes.
“HYBRID” system is unique because two functionality coexist simultaneously: the main system consists of an internal turbine which allows the operation of the bellows without the need for compressed gases and a second emergency oxygen system which intervenes in the event of an anomaly in the main system.
The microprocessor automatically chooses which system to use, giving priority to the turbine as it permits to reduce the gas consumption (very important in places where the compressed air is not available). The user shouldn’t intervene as the system is completely automatic.
The PROTOLOCK® safety system can verify the correct connection of the gases to the machine, warning the operator in case of wrong connections and avoid fatal accidents for the patient.
